The Answer-4u telephone answering service comes in two packages, both including your dedicated Account Manager, same day set up and 24/7 service.

We offer 2 packages on the market leading Answer-4u service:

888 which is our standard (but far from “basic”) call handling package and Flexi, a truly bespoke service designed specifically for your particular business requirements.

So here’s how it works when we set you up as an 888 client…

Your dedicated Answer-4u Account Manager will work with you to personalise the “888” telephone answering blocked below with your company details (and will help you decide which Additional services might be appropriate for you if you need them).

Then when your client calls and we answer for you they will hear:

The professional greeting (as specified by you) in your company name.

Your Answer-4u PA will then gather the following information from your caller:

• Name
• Company name (if applicable)
• Telephone number
• Reason for call and any message

Then they will close the conversation with:

‘Thank you for calling. I will ensure your call is returned as soon as possible.’

Your Answer-4u PA then makes sure that your message is sent to your email address and/or to your mobile number as soon as the call terminates – which means you can act as quickly as you need to.

If you decide to further personalise your service with a Flexi Package then your Account Manager will help you design your additional services and they’ll kick smoothly into operation as appropriate.
