How much do numbers cost?

The cost of numbers varies according to how memorable they are. “Bronze” numbers are the cheapest, “platinum” numbers the most expensive.

Is there a minimum contract?

There is no minimum contract. All we require is 30 days notice of any cancellation.

Can I change where my numbers are routed quickly?

Yes. All our customers have automatic access to their routing plan which can in most cases be altered easily and near-instantly. In case of difficulty, your personal account manager will be on hand to change plans or offer advice.

Do I have to tell callers how much their call will cost?

Ofcom plan to enforce a ruling that requires organisations to advise callers of the cost of dialling an 0870 number. The date will be confirmed as soon as Ofcom announces it. To find our more, visit www.ofcom.org.uk

I already have a non-geographic number. Can I transfer it to you?

Yes. You can port your number to us completely free of charge. Changeover times vary from provider to provider but we have porting agreement with numerous suppliers which enables quick and hassle free transfer to Numbers-4U.

In the event that a number cannot be easily ported, you can simply route your existing non-geographic number to a Numbers-4U line. That means you can use all our solutions without switching provider.
