    Answer-4u's Answering Service Packages have been a major contributor to improving the overall productivity of our company. It saves our Bullion Advisors time, as they are given precise details about the nature of each and every call that Answer-4u take on our behalf, so they can make sure they have all necessary information to hand when they return the customers call.

    In addition, the Call Answering Service provided is invaluable for us at certain times of the year, even during normal business hours. For instance, whenever there is a sharp fluctuation in the price of gold, we receive unpredictable spikes in call volumes from our customers, far more than our own staff can deal with, so having Answer-4u there to help deal with our call overflows for situations like that is very reassuring.

    I have been using an Answering Service since 1996 as I felt that as a small business just starting out I was not always available to take calls. I found it very frustrating that even if I recorded a nice professional message people would still not leave a message on the phone and if they did the quality of the playback was not so great or they forgot to leave their phone number which was very frustrating!

    Answer-4u is the second Telephone Answering Service I have used as I feel they are approachable and good value for money, what’s more they value the small business which some other Answer Services only want the big guys!

    I feel that using the service of Answer-4u is my life line – I do not feel chained to the desk as I know my customers are in capable hands with their staff. I have had many comments from customers saying what helpful “staff” I have which is just what I want them to think!

    The set up was very painless and I can be a techno shy when it comes to different things, the instructions were clear to follow and if I have a problem I will call them. All I had to do is provide a “script” for them to work from which over the years has changed slightly to capture the right information I required.

    I feel by having an account manager (Charlotte) has been the key to making the process run smoothly. Any changes I need to make I always go through her and she implements them straight away.

    So if you are a small company and you are looking at using an Answering Service I would highly recommend answer-4u for their professionalism and value for money. I have done many hours of research looking for the right firm to represent me and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they are the best out there!

    I run a busy IT support firm where I have to travel all over London on call outs to home and business customers. Most of my day is spent under a desk fiddling with computer cables, or in a meeting with a client, or stuck in the underground, which usually makes it impossible for me to answer direct phone enquiries.

    A service like Answer-4u is the perfect solution for someone like me and my engineers who are constantly on the go. Answer-4u answers all our calls and sends details to us via email which we get alerted to immediately and just works for us.

    Since using Answer-4u my life has been so much easier. I can get on with running my business, knowing they will answer my calls in a professional and friendly manner and immediately send me the details of the enquiry for me to take care of.

    Set up was more or less easy. They talked me through anything I didn't understand, answered any questions I had and their customer service is excellent. I filled in a couple of forms and was up and running the same day.

    Many customers are so unaware it’s an Answering Service and refer to agents as 'receptionists' which is a compliment in itself.

    We started using Answer-4u in 2013 after moving to offices that didn't have a Telephone Answering Service.

    Like most small businesses, we have found that the use of a trustworthy outsourced call handling solution is essential to help cover our busy phone lines, offer our clients out of hours support and simply answer the phone when members of staff are unavailable during the day.

    In the web design industry, leads are infrequent but of high value, so one missed enquiry could potentially cost the business thousands of pounds and have a huge impact on our bottom line.

    Before using Answer-4u we had some negative experiences with other less professional organisations including issues with messages being taken incorrectly leading to lost opportunities.
