How does it work?

We will personalise the script below with your company details:

Greeting in your company name.

Then gather from your caller:

• Name
• Company name (if applicable)
• Telephone number
• Reason for call and any message

Before closing with:

‘Thank you for calling. I will ensure your call is returned as soon as possible.’

The message is then sent to your email address and (if required) SMS to your mobile number as soon as the call terminates.
