With Answer-4U, your callers need never hear your voicemail or the engaged tone – and you will never miss a call. When you are travelling, in meetings or out of the office, your Account Manager and her team take the calls you can’t – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Simply explain to your Account Manager how you would like your callers to be greeted and what information you want her receptionists to take, then choose how to receive your messages. We offer email, SMS, fax – or our receptionists can even patch calls directly through to you.
Your Account Manager will give you a unique number. Just set your calls to divert to it when your lines are busy, after a set number of rings or outside working hours. Some of our customers even choose to use our receptionists all the time!

NICK PETERS: ANSWER-4U TEAM SUPERVISOR
Nick supervises the Answer-4UReception Team on a day-to-day basis
How did you join ICS?
I relocated from London to Nottingham and was looking for a dynamic and challenging new role. I found ICS through a recruitment agency and began here as an agent on the phones. I am still here four years later, working as a Supervisor, in charge of the Answer-4U Team!
What do you do at ICS?
I manage a team of agents, and take responsibility for helping them with calls. My role includes training, monitoring, administration, hiring new staff and ensuring the team is performing to its maximum potential, amongst other things. The Answer 4U Team has grown massively over the last year and it’s a varied and exciting job role.
What do you like most about your job?
There is never a dull moment! We have a wide range of accounts that cater for a number of different requirements so every call is different and interesting. My team is very close and work well together.
For you, what sets ICS apart from other call centres?
Any newcomers to ICS always say that it’s better than other call centres they have worked at. We give thorough training, work closely as a team and morale is always high. We get to know our staff and make sure they are fully comfortable and confident on the accounts they take calls for - which means happy staff!
What do you like to do outside work?
I’m really into music and like nothing better than going to gigs and festivals. I like going to see films, seeing friends and am currently learning to speak German.

REBECCA HAZELDEN: ANSWER-4U AGENT
Rebecca handles incoming calls for a range of clients.
How did you join ICS?
I was at university, looking for a summer job with flexible hours which I could do whilst writing my dissertation.
When I was called for my interview, I was up a chair trying to change a light bulb. I nearly fell off the chair as my phone made me jump! Maybe not the best start, but it worked out well.
What do you do at ICS?
Most of the time, I answer calls for our Answer 4u and ICS clients. These are always different, you never know what you're going to get when you answer the phone which keeps it interesting! I'm also involved with training new staff members, testing the new scripts before they go live to identify any potential issues. I also monitor call reports for one of our largest ICS accounts.
What do you like most about your job?
Definitely the variety of calls I get to take, and people I get to speak to. I can honestly say I learn something new every day, whether it be from a caller, client or colleague.
For you, what sets ICS apart from other call centres?
I've haven't worked in any other call centre, but from what friends and relatives have said I believe ICS is a lot more relaxed than other call centres. The Answer 4u team get on really well, as do ICS so it's like working as part of a big family.
What do you like to do outside work?
I enjoy reading, there's nothing better than snuggling up with a good book! I also enjoy going out for meals or going to the pub with friends.
