We offer small to medium sized businesses personal and professional call answering by our own team of experienced call centre operators, who are trained to answer your calls, in your company name, whenever you need them to and promptly deliver the message to you by email or SMS.
Virtual Reception
Quite simply we act as your virtual receptionist in order to capture the calls you can't to ensure you never miss a call, or that your callers never hear the engaged tone.
We're available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and it doesn't make any difference to us whether volumes are large or small, whether they're during or outside of business hours, whether it's all calls or your overspill contingency.
Basically we're here when you're not and once you've tried us you'll wonder how you ever did without us! You control when your Answer-4U Personal Reception Team take your calls via simple diversion services, all of which your Personal Account Manager will assist you with setting up if it's not something you're familiar with.
Call Forwarding
Answer-4u also offer call forwarding (also referred to as ‘patch through’) as an optional extra, it means we’re able to put a call directly through to you either on your mobile or on any other number you specify. The call you’ll receive will be from one of your Personal Reception Team at Answer-4u, they will inform you who is on the line and ask if you would like to the call, if ‘yes’ they will be put through, if ‘no’ we will take a message for you and deliver it to you as per your instructions. This flexible and convenient optional extra costs just £30.00 to set up and then just 10p for each connected call followed by 10p per minute if we connect to a landline or 25p per minute if we connect your caller to you on your mobile.
Access-4U

Telephone Numbers
The right number can make all the difference. That could be a freephone number to encourage your customers to call, a memorable number to stick in their minds, a higher rate number to generate a little extra revenue, or a city centre number to improve the first impression.

Faxbox
Answer-4u offer a web-based, paperless solution which emails your fax to you (and saves them should you need to access, download or print again at a later date). Our Faxbox service costs just £29.00 to set up (one off charge) and then just £5.00 per month. All faxes sent to your email are entirely free of charge.
